Ship-from names

The names printed in the FROM block of your labels. Most sites have one for standard shipments and another for blind shipments. A blind label shows only its blind name — never your standard one.

Free time before detention (minutes)

Counted from check-in to departure, using the times already recorded on the Dock tab — nothing extra to fill in. Two hours is the usual allowance. Set it to 0 to leave detention out of the report.

Trucks are sent to the lowest free door. When every door is taken you can still move a truck to one — you'll just be asked first.

Pallet dimensions

Measure to the extreme outside — including the pallet itself and anything overhanging its edges. That is what the carrier's dimensioner measures.
